The Great Britain India Business Convention was held in New Delhi, with the intention of bringing British and Indian business leaders & policy-makers together for collaborations and exploration of business opportunities.
Our role was to plan and design the two event venues – Taj, Delhi and the High Commissioner’s residence – for discussions, presentations, performances, sponsor areas, networking sessions and exhibition spaces.
Outdoor Networking SessionsSet-up for networking sessions had semi-private meeting areas as well as an open plan layout. Elements from the event’s visual language – modern, straight lines, and colours derived from the flag, were used to create partially shaded meeting areas for the Great Britain India Business Convention.
Sponsor LoungeBP was one of the key sponsors for the event, and the ‘BP Success Zone’ was created at the British High Commissioners residence in Delhi as a showcase, an area for discussions as well as for networking. Patterns derived from the company’s logo were used as a recurring motif for branding throughout the zone.
Drinks + NetworkingCeilings created using in-lit forms, lit tables and a well stocked bar kept the discussions going at the post event dinner & drinks sessions.
